Power of Attorney
An Enduring Power of Attorney is a legal document for advance planning in British Columbia. The document gives power from one (competent) adult (the donor) to another (competent) adult (the agent or attorney) to do certain things or take actions on the donor's behalf regarding financial and legal matters. At Woo & Woo, we are happy to assist you and your family to set up the Power of Attorneys for you and your spouse and for you and your parents.
Wills
Making a will is an important part of planning for your family’s future. If you die without a will, your property will be divided according to B.C. law, and the costs to administer your estate will increase. You’ll also be giving up the right to appoint the guardian of your choice for any children in your care. We are available to discuss and begin planning your estate matters.
